Trouble signing in to clicker?

Reset your password

If you've forgotten your clicker password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login form. We'll send a reset link to your registered email address. Click the link and set a new password. The reset link expires after one hour for security.

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Account locked or suspended

If your clicker account is locked after too many failed login attempts, try again after thirty minutes. If you believe your account has been suspended due to suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately. We'll investigate and restore access if the suspension was an error.

Never share your login details with anyone — our support staff will never ask for your password.

Email address changed or forgotten

If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact our support team with proof of identity (government ID or recent payment statement). We can update your email and send you a password reset link to your new address. This process typically takes one to three business days.

Always keep your contact information current so you can recover your account if needed.

Login issues on mobile or browser

If you're having trouble logging into clicker on your phone or computer, try clearing your browser cookies and cache, then log in again. Make sure you're using the official clicker.club domain. If problems persist, try a different browser or device. Our mobile app is also available for download — it offers a faster, more secure login experience.

Check your internet connection — slow or unstable networks can cause login timeouts.

Frequently asked questions about clicker login

Yes, you can log into your clicker account from multiple devices simultaneously. If you're concerned about unauthorized access, log out from all devices through your Account Settings and change your password. Check your login history in the security section to see where and when your account has been accessed recently.

We do not recommend checking "Remember me" on shared or public computers (libraries, internet cafes, or friends' devices). This option stores a login token on your device, which could allow someone else to access your account. Use it only on your personal phone or computer that you control.

Change your password immediately and contact our support team. Go to Account Settings and review your recent login activity — if you see logins from unfamiliar locations or devices, let us know. We can review your account for unauthorized access, freeze funds if necessary, and help you secure it. Enable multi-factor authentication for extra protection.

No — identity verification happens once during account setup. However, for security, we may ask you to re-verify if you change your account details (email, phone, address), withdraw large amounts, or if we detect unusual activity. Large withdrawals may also require additional verification depending on your account history.

Currently, clicker login requires either your username or email address. Your phone number is used during account verification and for account recovery, but not for daily login. If you lose access to your email, contact support — we can help you regain access using your phone number and identity documents.

We recommend changing your clicker password every few months as a security best practice, or immediately if you believe your account is at risk. Go to Account Settings > Security to change your password anytime. Use a unique, strong password (at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols) that you don't reuse on other websites.

Two-factor authentication adds an extra security layer to your clicker account. After entering your username and password, you'll receive a code via email or SMS that you must enter to complete login. This protects your account even if someone guesses your password. Enable 2FA in Account Settings > Security — we recommend it for all users, especially if you maintain a balance on clicker.
