Device compatibility and system requirements
Our clicker app runs on Android 7.0 and above. Most phones made in the past five years support this version. If your Android phone is older, you can still access clicker through the browser version — visit clicker.club on Chrome or Firefox. On iOS, we recommend iOS 12.0 or higher; simply add clicker.club to your home screen as a web app. Tablets (both Android and iPad) are fully supported. Our web version works on any device with a modern browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If your Android phone blocks the APK installation with a "Security" warning, go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your file manager or browser, and toggle the permission on. Some phones also ask you to trust the certificate — tap "Install anyway" if prompted. If the app crashes after install, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → clicker → Storage → Clear Cache) and restart your phone. If you see a "file corrupted" error, delete the APK and download it again from a stable connection. On iOS, if the web app doesn't appear on your home screen, open clicker.club in Safari, tap the Share button, scroll down, and select "Add to Home Screen."
Data, permissions, and account security on clicker
The clicker app requests permission to access your camera (for ID verification during account setup) and contacts (optional, for referral features). We never share these permissions with third parties. All communication between our app and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS — your passwords, account balance, and transaction history stay protected.
